• To tear down individual, community and systemic barriers that maintain Canadian Afro-descendants in social, cultural and income insecurities and affect negatively their development. 

• To provide Canadian Afro-descendants with skills enhancing their ability to take full advantage of their entrepreneurial and professional potential

• To promote the development of socio-economic institutions that will strengthen and booster Canadian afro-descendants ecosystem.

• To build collaborative bridges with canadian arboriginals to develop common strategies to address common barriers.

• To stimulate the socio-economic inclusion of marginalized groups within Canadian Afro-descendant ecosystem.
